We are looking for dedicated and reliable Tuk-Tuk Drivers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering and selling bakery products from our distribution hubs to customers. As a driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:✅ Valid Driver’s License (Class A3) – Mandatory.
✅ KCSE Certificate (Form 4) or equivalent qualification.
✅ At least 2 years of experience as a driver.
✅ Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
✅ Certificate of Good Conduct – Mandatory.
✅ Proven ability to handle cash sales and maintain accurate records.
✅ Physical fitness – Ability to lift and handle crates of bread.
✅ Good communication and customer service skills.
✅ Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, and fuel levels).

Key Responsibilities:✔ Deliver and sell bakery products to customers on assigned routes.
✔ Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
✔ Meet daily/weekly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retailers.
✔ Maintain accurate sales and delivery records.
✔ Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
✔ Maintain the Tuk-Tuk in good condition by conducting basic maintenance checks.
✔ Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
✔ Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies at all times.
