Position Summary
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Market Developer is responsible for managing distributor and vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate order management, monitoring depot and retail operations, and analyzing market trends to support competitive advantage and growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage relationships with distributors, vendors, and retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and SLAs.

Oversee the end-to-end order management process — verification, processing, dispatch, and delivery.

Monitor depot and retail operations including stock levels, inventory accuracy, and service standards.

Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to improve supply chain efficiency and address operational challenges.

Track competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide regular reports and insights on distributor performance, order fulfillment, and market dynamics.

Support execution of marketing plans, promotions, and merchandising standards.

Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

O-levels and above (Certificate/Diploma preferred).

Basic marketing or sales experience.

Proven skills in distributor/vendor management.
