On 25 July  Mini Group of Companies has taken a bold step in advancing its people-first strategy by hosting a high-impact half-day Town Hall meeting, where the organization officially introduced its Talent Management Department and conducted a finance empowerment session for non-finance teams. The event, which brought together teams from various companies and departments, featured an interactive presentation on “Finance for Non-Finance Professionals” and the formal introduction of the Talent Management Department—a new strategic unit dedicated to workforce growth and capability development.
